Giant Monsters Attack Baghdad And Tokyo      (11:54)

Having already laid waste to New York City and Memphis in the first two installments of the series, the Giant Monsters argued among themselves about what city they should attack next. Many of them clamored to attack Baghdad. In fact, they got so worked up that some of them started breathing fire, foaming at the mouth, and falling to the ground in epileptic convulsions. The traditionalists in the group argued in favor of Tokyo: What self-respecting Giant Monster doesn't attack Tokyo? Well, they got into a terrible fight about it and started biting off pieces of each other's fins and antennae. After a few minutes of this nonsense, one sensible fellow with a shock of vacuum tubes jutting from his forehead said, "Brothers and sisters! Let us not fight among ourselves. Let us instead form ourselves into two groups. Those who wish to attack Baghdad may do so and those who wish to attack Tokyo may do so. Afterwards, we can all re-group and share our experiences." Later, after Baghdad and Tokyo lay in smoldering ruins... "Dude, what is that funk you are picking from your teeth?!" The other replied: "Suicide bombers. A bothersome bunch, and they did cause me a bit of indigestion when they set off their bombs in my stomach... Eeeeuuuwww... what is that smeary gunk you are licking from your lips?" To which the other replied: "Japanese schoolgirls. Dude, it was so weird. They were all lined up by the train tracks waiting to commit suicide by jumping onto the tracks in front of an oncoming train... Some kinda weird suicide cult type thing, I dunno. Then they saw me coming and all started running toward me yelling and screaming. I'll bet they tasted better than those suicide bombers..."

cystem said, "i've often wondered how the minds of monsters worked... now i know! great amalgamation of sounds and possibly the most beat oriented mix from Hal i've heard. excellent job! "because the dead shine all night long.""

- Omnitechnomatrix - said, "Yeah! I like your super-skippin mash-twisted loop-age! Killer insanity! I really dig this tripp... it makez me invison some sort of komputer-iz-tik monster... attacking from an unseen realm of digital aqua! This mix is speaking to me in a very unique Tapegerm "Mcgee" language!..!Wicked phun! - Omnitechnomatrix - "

Buzzsaw and a Slew of Stroganov Shavings said, "Al-Mansur and Ieyasu paused for a moment and in the mutual concord it was decided that building upon the Tigris and the shores of the Edo Wan might not be the best of ideas; however the intention of Hal to record this mix in the centuries ahead forced a reconsideration. But no reconsideration of the Halmix is required, first and always stunning and stellar. Supremo!"

Kamakura said, "Total insanity! This had me cowering under the desk. I can only hope they stay in Baghdad and Tokyo and leave England well alone. Another McGee goody."

Mental Anguish said, "This track paints the perfect picture of the story you have laid out, Giant Monster argument, a split up & attack of two different places & a comparison of the attacks & how the victims tasted. :-) Really cool use of the circuit bent speak & spell & H-Day loops by Mikael. Nice slice of folk experimental."
