Zebra Mann
An Intolerable Delay for a Vast Expanse of Nothing
I took parts of one song each from the CYSTEM and Buzzsaw pages, tossed them in a blender, set them on 'stir' and tossed in a tasty loop from Sir Dave Von Fuglewicz. I hope this mix doesn't give anyone indigestion. :) Credits: Two very cool mixes by CYSTEM and Buzzsaw chopped and fileted, plus one jammin' loop from the Dave Fuglewicz open loops folder.. Genre: Experimental.

Saneworld (Epic Mix)

Jeremy sent me this after hearing an old analog piece of mine I unearthed from the tape archives. It was an unreleased piece that was going to be part of a collaborative release, but alas, that collaboration fell apart. It's only fitting that it is an integral part of this collaboration with Jeremy. His poem, vocals and his treatment of his vocals are truly outstanding. This piece came together amazingly fast. Ear goggles or a stereo are recommended for playback for full effect but not required. Full credits: Jeremy Gluck: words, vocals, vocal loop treatments, me: ARP 2600 synthesizer, wind chimes, Meteorite VST, Metatron VST, mix & production. Sanity is highly overrated. Credits: Jeremy Gluck Guest Artist, Dave Fuglewicz. Genre: Interdimensional. Jeremy had also sent vocal loops by Catherine C8 and I developed a second mix, longer than the first mix an evolution of the first mix. Not insane! Credits: Jeremy Gluck Guest Artist, C8 & Dave Fuglewicz. Genre: Interdimensional.

Zebra Mann
Clowning Around
There is no way to describe this mix other than to say; if an evil clown went to a specialist to get an EKG, and you stole the results and put them to music, this is what you might get. This is my contribution to Tape Germ for Halloween 2010. Ear goggles are mandatory. Credits: one loop each by: Arthur Loves Plastic, Omnitechnomatrix, Hal McGee, and Hebephrenic. Also, one loop from my private voice recordings. . Genre: Humor.

Decaying Machine
The Box - Remix 2010
long time no see!=)..hm yea this song I had to give a second chance, This is now raw and dirty..no fancy pants kind of stuff in here, only a punch in the face. Credits: Mental Anguish & Zebra Mann. Genre: Electronica.

07
Buzzsaw & The Shavings
Indicating a Second Offer of the Brane-Cantenac
Indeed above a second glass of racy and velvety claret, it was a veritable season of repeats, seconds requested of fare, of tables and convivial company and a various roster of things most pleasant, a vast realm of repetitions that perhaps is not quite expansive enough to include this mix. Credits: Includes ftp loops by Omnitechnomatrix and Heuristics Inc.. Genre: Felt Finesse.

Zebra Mann
Mountains of Madness 6 Remix
Deep within the bowels of the earth, Danforth and I found the remains of young Gedney and the missing dog, plus a sledge and some other things taken from Lake's camp. Who had taken them we were not sure, but I had my suspicions, and even now, I dare not repeat them. It is all just too horrible to contemplate. Danforth had earlier mentioned that he saw something too terrible for words deep in the depths of the abyss, but he refuses to relate to me what it was. In fact, he denies seeing anything at all, most of the time. I'm quite afraid his mind will never heal from our experience. I have implored all other explorers to never go to those Mountains of Madness, for if they do, I fear it will mean the end of all Mankind. Credits: One loop from gemafrie-welten; one loop from The Other Mind, and one loop from Diskhead out of the 10 Yr. Infection project. Plus a bit of noise from the Zebra Mann Open Loops folder. . Genre: Abstract Ambient.

Buzzsaw & The Shavings
Langensalza Revisted
Another tribute to the early Buzzyminiatures once wrought and assembled with both exacting care and utter cluelessness. That spirit of composition dares to return to the confines of the exacting community of Langensalza hoping for a reconsideration of its earlier contempt. Some things are stalwart. Credits: Includes ftp loops by Crt. Genre: Leftfield.

Buzzsaw & The Shavings
A Mix to Scroll Past-Number 1132
Whilst you scroll, did you know...Gelimer in his mountain fastness had hoped to flee to a refuge at the Visigothic court, and he made a rapid bound of horse-hoof to the coast, but he was stopped by an alert Roman detachment, and was pursued until Gelimer had holed up upon the mount of Papua. There he was besieged, both by the Romans and the conditions of the Berber hut in which he hid, a mud hovel scanty in comfort and abundant in privation amidst the naked, filthy denizens, the smell of offal and the attendance of violence. Gelimer sank under these frightful conditions, living in squalor with those ignorant of bread and wine and baths and at length received a latter from his Roman besieger which encouraged him to surrender, to quit the savage’s hut for a comfortable residence in Constantinople where he could live again as a human under the benevolent protection of Justinian. The pride of Gelimer refused, but he begged in a missive that he be sent a loaf of bread, a skin of wine and a balm-filled sponge, little mercies he lamented that he had been separated from for months and when these treasures were delivered, Gelimer’s obstinacy fled. He descended from the mountain and was brought to Carthage and thence was presumed a trophy for Justinian. Credits: Includes ftp loops by Cystem, DnadeR and Hebephrenic. Genre: Minimalist.

Zebra Mann
Mountains of Madness 5 Remix
When we returned to civilization, the news of our exploits brought others forward who wished to visit those vistas of Antarctica. I tried to dissuade them, but they were not inclined to listen to young Dansforth or myself. So with a great reluctance, I have begun the task of telling the world of the Truth of the things we found beyond those eternal mountains, and what madness would await those who would go back there. Perhaps it is still not too late. Credits: Loops by Decaying Machine Guest Artist, Voice Loop by Mentally Anguished from the 10 yr. Infection Project, and a little bit of backfill from ye olde Zebra Mann himself. . Genre: Abstract Ambient.
