GAJOOB began as a local Salt Lake City zine, but by its second issue was largely focusing on the underground network of home recording artists and its cassette culture. Its DiY Report was one of the early music resource e-publications and its archive of 1000's of reviews has been online since 1992. Currently a new electronic publication on recording arts is being developed.
